In late August 2008, the Divas completed their final recoring session at Ghostgum Audio (above) for their first CD — DÉBUT. This recording marks a significant milestone in the Divas' choral music journey, and was officially launched in October 2008. For further details, and to place your online order, CLICK here.
On Sunday, 17 February 2008, the Bayside Divas enjoyed a choral workshop day which included intensive sectional rehearsals, sessions on vocal technique, theory, learning about the International Phonetic Alphabet and the correct formation of vowels, and which culminated in a tutti (all together) session that brought all the newly-acquired skills to bear in a performance situation.
Below are some photos of the day along with the thoughts of some of the participants.

Sandra kept us very much "on our toes" with her theory as well as her comical antics to help get the message across! Di |

It was a fabulous day. The program was very interesting, particularly the International Phoentic Alphabet - very worthwhile. When is the next one?! Kylie |

I thoroughly enjoyed our Vocal Workshop, just the right balance (as a choir would) of singing and music theory, along with great company, good food and million dollar views. Leanne |

Sandra and Katrina were very professional in their approach and delivery, and mixed the sessions with both patience and humour. I very much enjoyed the chance to mix socially with my Divas "sisters" again and I am already looking forward to the next workshop. Lianne |

What a wonderful day! I learned so much.
I am really proud to be a (Bayside) Diva and to be a part of all that it entails. Jill |

Great to learn some theory and techniques on posture, breathing, how to get the best out of our singing. Socially - the best day I have had for some time. Suzan |
